| I originally posted this on the 3ZC forum and was advised to try posting on here as well. So here goes. I wonder if anyone could help me please. I ordered the radiator fan combination via Ash's website, this was back in march. I have still not received these items even though the money was taken immediately. I had a few email contacts stating from him that he had the radiator for me and was going to send it out the following day. He told me this 3 different times in his emails. 8 months later no radiator, so I have tried ringing with no answer and sending more emails asking to be refunded my money but have had no response. So im stuck in limbo at the moment. Ive waited too long and now want my money back and cant get in touch with him at all. Does anyone have a way of contacting Ash. I live in the UK and cant think of anything else to do. just very dissapointed as this was a birthday present from my girlfriend, we have nothing to show for alll the money that was forked out for this. I appreciate any help. Thanks Ant
